The work and life balance is crucial to worker morale. Mobility as a service gives employees that balance while allowing management ultimate control over the remote activities of its IT network. In order to remain competitive, businesses are going to have to eventually convert to cloud based IT technology. Boundaries have all but disappeared with the advent of the global marketplace. IT departments must stay on top of todays constantly shifting office technology; the biggest shift underway in the early 21st Century is towards worker mobility.
